You want to talk to our product experts but the chat is not working. How are you going to fix it?
Step 1: Identify the problem. In this page, there are several ways on how to troubleshoot the issue with chat: https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/get-started/troubleshoot/chat-issues. Verify if the solution can be found in this page.
Step 2: If the solution is not there, check your web network logs. You can do that by opening the browser's developer tool and look for the word "chat".
Step 3: Check the URL that you are using for the chat. Sample image only
This URL should match the one defined in your Public Endpoints. Sample image only
If they are not the same then you can either edit the public endpoint in the settings or add the URL as an additional public endpoint via cluster management API.
Step 4: If the problem still persists, please extract the .har file and open a support ticket so we can investigate further.
