ServiceNow notifications: Events don't show up in the ITOM event table

This can happen because the following conditions haven't been met.

• You need to turn on the Send events into ServiceNow ITOM toggle in your Dynatrace notification definition.

  

• The user enabling the integration needs to have the snc_platform_rest_api_access role in ServiceNow.
