How healthy are your GitHub Workflows, Jobs, or Actions across all your GitHub repositories? If actions fail, do they fail across all workflows and repositories? What are the top-consuming repositories, branches, triggers, and actors? Where do they spend their time, and how can it be optimized?

Philipp Lengauer, senior principal Product Manager at Dynatrace, had the same questions for his personal GitHub projects. So, he created a new Open-Source project that can automatically instrument Bash, GitHub Actions, and Workflows with OpenTelemetry. In this Community Tips and Tricks session, Philipp analyzes the OpenTelemetry logs, metrics, and traces to analyze GitHub Health.
