I'm trying to adjust AWS manage alerting rules but it is disabled. I'm having admin permissions for my account. Please help me to enable it.

Hi @krishnavb6245 ,

I guess you've added any AWS instance, right?

If you have, have you checked these prerrequisites? Have you been sure the AG is up and running?

Hope it helps.

Regards,

Elena.

Hi @krishnavb6245

Check the Anomaly detection for classic AWS services

Hi Yosi_Neuman,
Sorry for the late response.
I've same in our DT environment. You meant that would be good enough for AWS. Don't we need to setup Manage alerting rules for AWS? Please educate me.

Hi @krishnavb6245

What do you mean by Manage alerting rules?

If you want to send notification when problem is open you need to create alerting profile that will include the problems you what to alert on with problem alerting profile and utilize problem notification. You can also use Push notifications via the Dynatrace mobile app

If you are using a SaaS environment you can use the workflow  with Davis problem trigger and use one of the connectors.

Yes, I've added AWS account.  Followed all prereqs and have Active Gate environment on AWS EC2.
