TCP connectivity rate for process org.apache.activemq.artemis.boot.Artemis gp-prod-cluster-ss-* has decreased

but we did not find any connections error for that certain time being on OCP node and Pod level. and this alert is triggering often how to deal with this problem.

@Jivan - Do you see any process or pod restarts happening at this time ?

Can you also check if the pod has enough resources to handle the requests ?

Hello @Jivan

It depends on the current problem triggering method configured under anomaly detection > Hosts either via:

  1. Automatic detection mode for tcp connectivity problems so Dynatrace will learn and adapt the actual and expected patterns during and after the reference period.
  2. Based on the custom settings: Dynatrace raises an alert if the percentage of new connection failures is higher than the specified thresholds and  the number of failed connections is higher than the defined threshold for the defined amount of samples
  3. New connection failure thresholds "X %" and Number of the failed connections thresholds "Y" connections/min.
  4. Check if there is host related anomaly detection overrides the globally set anomaly detection.

KR,

Peter.
