Custom alert for response code

My clients wants alerts only for the response code other than 2xx, they don't want any alert related to 2xx . Do we have any option that alert will be generated only when the response code is other than 2xx. And they also want alert for Full GC. please help me in configuring this.

Btw, for GC I think Davis does alert for any deviations, alternatively you can look at metric events for additional alerts
