Dear communities,
We notice that Dynatrace Mobile Application does not have push notification when there are problems. The only way to discover is to manually launch the app to check for problems from time to time.
Are there any advanced setting that we may have missed out, or it is being designed this way?
Thank you

Please open a support ticket for that issue. Is this affecting only one type of phone or do you experience this across multiple types?
Best greetings,

Do you have dynatrace offline or Manages/SaaS? Push notifications needs connection with Mission Control, this may be issue here.

Hi both,
Yes, we have issue connecting to mission control now. That would likely be the case.
Thanks!

Hing,
For Managed users, the Dynatrace App will send push notifications for any issues detected. However, I have found with Iphones it will not display the number of open issues on the app tile. A good example how your facebook app will show the number of notifications, the Dynatrace app will not do this.
