Dynatrace alerting into SNOW

Where do I tell Dynatrace what assignment group to use for sending problem alerts to service now?

Hi,

You can add that information to entities base on automatic tags, and it would be in problem under tags placeholder.

Thanks for the response - turns out we have a process in snow that requires a certain "tag"  {Responsible} to be used.
