How do i test Azure Alerts via webhook?

I have followed this link below to setup monitoring notifications from azure to dynatrace but I am not seeing any azure alerts in Dynatrace. Is there a way to test the integration to ensure that webhook is good and Dynatrace is ready to receive alerts?

We have always used https://webhook.site/ to test webhook data being sent or received as well as review the data being passed.
