Hi everyone;
I would like to know if you can guide us regarding the need to create external monitoring to indicate the availability of our Dynatrace (SaaS) platform. One of the options we think use is to consume the Dyntrace API from other tools, checking the availability of the environment and defining alert criteria. Another option is to create a Ping monitoring on the URL of our environment to check when it is not available. On the other hand, we know that dynatrace has an self-monitoring option, but we are not sure it will work if the same environment is not available, for this reason we would like to evaluate other options.
Regarding the Status.io page (https://dynatrace.status.io/?), is there a similar view but one that is oriented towards the environments for each client?
