@Wolfgang B. I have created an event filter(custom) in DT Managed to mitigate unnecessary disk space alerts for a particular disk. Since configured I am not receiving other alert notifications such as CPU, memory, GC, Response time etc for the alerting profile . What is the correct way of setting up an event filter? how exactly does it work?

Thanks for the response. I have configured by following the same write-up but the issue is about receiving emails if an event filter is set-up. If I remove the event filter I am receiving the emails. what could be the issue?

I would use the in-product chat feature and ask the Dynatrace-One team to look at your configuration to validate it looks correct. They can also help you determine if it makes sense to open a support case in the event the product is not working correctly.
