Process group availability monitoring: Problem notification for Minimum Threshold failed

Hello,

I have a question regarding Problem Alerting relative to Process Group Availability monitoring.

In our environment there are three process groups associated with a Management Zone. Each process group has configured availability monitoring for a minimum of 4 active process. 

These processes are restarted on a daily basis. The process restart procedure is a "graceful" stop and start of the application server. 

The chart above shows the number of process group instances reduce below the requirement of 4. The Process Group Availability monitoring clearly indicates "Open a new Problem" "if minimum threshold is not met". No problems have been created and therefore no notification has been sent to support teams.  Why is a problem not created when the count process count clearly drops below 4?

This could be pointing out to a bug, can you please try raising a support ticket for same as this would need further analysis at log levels.
