"Dynatrace compares current behavior to a reference period up to 7 days. If the data in this period is invalid (e.g. because of major architectural changes) you can reset this period and Dynatrace will immediately adapt to the new setup."
How soon can we start getting Anomaly detection alerts after the baseline reset. I see above says it adapts in 7 days but, not sure if that means we won't get alerts in 7 days?

You will get the alerts when the data run for at least 20% of a week (7 days).
Same works for new services.

The documentation says, "Alerting on traffic spikes and drops begins after a learning period of one week because baselining requires a full week’s worth of traffic to learn daily and weekly patterns."
So it's not 1.4 days but, 7 days for drops/spikes?

As per doc, yes. 7 days for traffic drop/spike monitoring, 33.6h for response time and error rate monitoring.
