SNMP alarm when an UP interface change operational state to DOWN

Hi all,

Im facing some kind of trouble when creating a custom alarm. It must be triggered when a Cisco switch interface change from UP state to DOWN state but instead it just shows all the interfaces as "down" state.

Need help please !! this is the configuration so far i've done:
