SSL Certificate Monitoring on a Managed Environment

I have deployed a Certificate Validation Check (version 1.18) extension on a Managed Environment Linux ActiveGate. The endpoint  status is OK. Despite replicating the same configuration from a test environment, this doesn't trigger the certificate expiry metrics. What should I do to get a similar or better view/metrics?

@emachuma were you able to get this resolved? I have had issues before where it was a permissions problem collecting the data, then traversing the network to supply the data.
