Jira integration Error 401 - Unauthorized

Hi Team,

We are trying to integrate the JIRA as per our document https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/shortlink/jira and getting the error "HTTP Response Code: 401 - Unauthorized"

Kindly suggest if there are any additional step to be performed(Any API token to be created from Dynatrace end?)

Also it uses basic authentication or bearer authentication?

Could you please double check:

• Enter the corresponding Username and API token for this Jira project.

And also could you please check the DT environment should have network asccess to Jira environment.

We have revalidated the user name and password, still facing the same issue. Note: they have 2 tokens - API & Bearer token which one we have to use?

We are able to reach to Jira URL from Dynatrace cluster(Attached the snapshot)

Now are getting error "403- forbidden"

It seems you have still permission issue. Could you please generate a new token in Jira and modify the DT problem notification configuration.

We tried with the new token (Jira) still the same issue persist. 

Also a query regarding the tokens from Jira team, they have 2 tokens - API & Bearer token which one we have to use for this integration
