There is a way to create a Atlassian Jira ticket for every Dynatrace problem. What happens to jira tickets when Dynatrace auto resolves these problems.

Hey @kiran_patil! There is an out-of-the-box integration with Jira that is pretty easy to configure. You can read about the details here. Currently, using this integration doesn't automatically close Jira tickets when Dynatrace identifies the problem as resolved. That said, you could leverage our Problems API v2 to build your own integration that can automatically close tickets in Jira (or close Problems in Dynatrace if you resolve a ticket in Jira).
