We did a custom integration with Evanios and checked test notification option. We are receving it in Evanios but there are no alerts coming for the active problems.
Where can i check if there is an alert setup to send alerts to the integrated ticketing tools?
Where can i check the previosu alerts or incidents which were forwarded ?
how can i setup a custom alert for particular host for a particular component like CPU, memory?

Are you already using the AlertingProfiles? If yes please check the selected AlertingProfile filter settings within your custom integration. The filter possibilities are on severity level and on tag level. So you can tag specific entities and only deliver problems that are impacting tagged entities. See my blog post here:

Ravikumar, You can also force an alert by artificially setting a threshold very low. For example, set the CPU Saturation level to 1% . You can do this in Settings -> Anomaly Detection -> Infrastructure.

Hi Joe,
I do not see Anomaly Detection in Settings that I can force an alert by setting a threshold at 1% for the POC testing. Is that my id permission issue ?
Thanks,

@WenG Yes, it seems you don't have environment level access (Change Monitoring Setting). To access this option you should have admin level access.
Thanks,

Hi Joseph / Wolfgang,
Thanks for your response. Where can i check the events or alerts which were generated for the past few days in Dynatrace? there are many active problems in the evnironment but where can i check the events or alerts sent for those problems . Only then i can undertstand what is being sent in the event or alert for ticketing. Requesting your suggestion here.
