I know that this is perhaps an unfair question, but I have been asked to do a comparison between Dynatrace and Azure Application Insights.
For those of you that have worked with the new Azure Application Insights, what would you say are the biggest benefits of using Dynatrace over Microsoft's offerings?
Some of the benefits that for using Dynatrace that I have:
- A Single Pane of glass to view all applications irrespective of cloud technology
- Dynatrace causation and AI analysis is applied for every problem
- The ability to trace transactions from the cloud to on-premise services
What other benefits are there to using Dynatrace over Azure Application Insights?
