Monitor the Azure Topic Subscription

Hi Team,

We've an Azure service principal added but the requirement is to monitor the topics sitting on each subscription.

I've checked on the manage services but couldn't get into.

Can you please assist if that's possible? The above squared ones are what we need to be echoed with the metrics from Azure.
