OneAgent and tags on AWS Fargate

I have followed the installation steps lined out in Deploy OneAgent on AWS Fargate and have the build time injection with multi-stage docker working, I can see my hosts on my dashboard, but I have a requirement to assign tags to them, like hostgroup, etc.
I have been researching this for a few days now, but so far did not find a solution.
Anybody have some suggestions how to get this up and running?

Depending on how you are deploying out, you can set the host group via a script that can also set environment variables as needed, or you can always circle back and use the Oneagent CTL to set the host group: https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/how-to-use-dynatrace/hosts/configuration/organize-your-enviro...
