how to configure Webapp services for Linux system in Dynatrace without using CLI and Azure template

If you're asking about the integration of the OneAgent on Azure App Service (Linux), those are the only options you have to do it. On Windows Web Apps there's a dedicated extension for this integration, but for Linux services this is not available.
