We are trying to deploy OA on some Windows App Services on Azure but the Site Extension fails to install with an error about resolving the name www.nuget.org. Also, in the Site Extensions tab on the Kudu UI we get the following error for the gallery:
Failed to retrieve site extensions from Gallery - An error has occurred. - System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException - An error occurred while sending the request.
We have allowed all outbound communication from the webapp to nuget.org, and even tried to allow all outbound communication to internet, but to no avail.
This looks like an issue with how Microsoft provides the extensions and what configuration is needed to make Gallery available, and for that reason we have opened a ticket with them. But, I wanted to check if anybody has faced this issue before and what were the minimum actions needed to get at least the OA extension downloaded.
