Please join us in congratulating Chad T., the Dynatrace Community Member of the Month for September 2019!

Chad is a Network Systems Technician at NYCM, passionate about providing an exceptional experience for NYCM’s customers and end users.

He joined the Dynatrace Community in February 2018, but his Dynatrace adventure started a couple of months earlier:

2 years ago, NYCM began the search for an APM solution that would help us provide exceptional customer experience. After testing out other products, we settled on Dynatrace because the product simply outperformed all the other products we tested. Not to mention, their support staff was always there to help when we needed them. NYCM has just received #1 in Customer Satisfaction Among Auto Insurers in New York 2 Years in a Row from J.D. Power. This award was made possible by the exceptional staff here at NYCM and the tools they use to ensure services are up and customers are happy!

In his daily work, Chad utilizes Dynatrace as a Managed Environment and is an active Dynatrace Community member. If he replies to a question, you may be pretty sure that his tips will be supported by screenshots and real life examples. Just as in the recent blog post from Andi Grabner, where Chad shares his secret on managing multiple roles with ease.

When asked what motivates him to contribute to the Dynatrace Community, Chad explained:

“I love to share our journey here at NYCM and share our ideas and methods that might not have been considered by other organizations. These can help them reduce the time to resolution on problems, as well as maximize their use of Dynatrace and maximizing their return on investment. The community has such a plethora of knowledge inside thanks to its contributors and the atmosphere is very welcoming. You can ask any question you'd like, and within minutes you will have a reply either from a fellow community member or even a Dynatrace Developer/staff that check out the community and will provide you with the best possible solution to your question.”

Chad is a big fan of the Dynatrace webinars, as there’s nothing better than learning from real life examples:

Webinars are my go-to for product ideas and support. The ability to watch Dynatrace experts interact with the product and show features and implementation that you may never have thought of has been very beneficial. The best part is the ability to shoot a question to the host and get live instantaneous feedback. When webinars are not available then forums and blogs come in as a close second.

On his off hours, Chad spends time with his lovely wife, exploring new and fun activities and places to enjoy together.
