A few weeks ago, we shared that the Dynatrace Community is moving to Discourse, and we mentioned a short survey was on its way. It's here π
Why we're asking for your feedback
The move is a good moment to step back and ask what matters most to you. We'd like to understand what works well today, what gets in your way, and what you'd want us to improve first. Your answers will help us set priorities and shape our roadmap for the new platform.
What we're hoping to learn
- What matters most to you in the Community (features, workflows, content, anything else)
- What frustrates you today and should be addressed first
- Ideas and needs we may not have thought of
What happens next
We'll go through all the responses, check what's feasible on Discourse, and decide how we can deliver the best experience. We can't promise every request will make it into the plan, but every response will be read and will inform our decisions.
This isn't a one-time ask
After the new Community launches, we'll run a short post-migration survey to see how the move went and how you're finding the new platform. That will help us check whether we got the priorities right and decide what to focus on next.

The survey takes about 5 minutes and is open until the 20th of October: YOU CAN FIND IT HERE.
The more specific you can be, the more useful your input is. Examples and a short "here's why this matters to me" help us understand what to tackle first.
