how to configure dynatrace to monitor hybris cronjobs, orders etc...

Hello All,

I'm using managed dynatrace to monitor the hybris application and would like to configure dynatrace to monitor the hybris background processes(cronjobs), orders failures, etc...

Hybris version is: 1905

OneAgenet version is: Version 1.191.239.20200526-145639

Looking for any solutions or workaround, please let me know if any questions.

Hi Dhaval,

You can use the Hybris eCommerce fastpack (https://github.com/Dynatrace/Dynatrace-hybris-eCommerce-Fastpack/) to quickly setup custom metrics (JMX), request attributes and services specific to Hybris.

Note that this will use you custom metrics license (around 60 per host).

I don't know if you ever found a solution for this, but there are several training videos on the Dynatrace University which walk through Hybris Setup including setting up CronJob monitoring.

Hi @Dhaval P., I'm the original author of the Hybris Fastpack for AppMon (almost 10 years ago) and I've worked in the last 3 years at SAP Hybris to bring this also to Dynatrace Managed as part of the SAP Commerce Cloud offering.

I've ported most of that to Dynatrace Managed, also CronJobs and BusinessProcessEngine and some more like order / Revenue Tracking. This is ongoing effort still, but if you need ore info let me know, I can share some insights.
