Cant add service by tag in the Management Zone

When I open Host details I see a tag, like "[AWS]sysCode : dcc1"

But when I try to add hosts by this tag (Host tags equal "[AWS]sysCode : dcc1") in the Management Zone to use for the dashboard I see: "Matching entities - No matches detected"

do you have any ideas about what am I doing wrong?

yes, the select field autocomplete works, but still - No matches detected

I needed to select the tag at first and then to select a value
