Chart that shows all Server Side Exceptions

Hello, I would like to use Dynatrace to display all exceptions in a table. The columns should roughly be user, page name, exception class and exception time. Then, upon clicking on a row, I would like to drill down into the exception.

Is something like this currently possible, and if so, how?

Based off your request and the ability to drill down. Outside of Grail, I would recommend the Multidimensional Analysis Charts. As it will give you the most capabilities to sort, structure and drill into the data.
