Could Dynatrace pull FogLight for Database metric to show on Dynatrace dashboard?

Hi everyone

Foglight agent conflict Dynatrace Agent then they would like to show Foglight metric on Dynatrace.

So, I would like to pull FogLight for Database metric to show on Dynatrace dashboard

They have used Foglight for Databases Cross-Platform 5.9.xxx

Foglight Cartridge for DB2 5.9.xxx

Hello,

The first solution I have to do this would be through a custom metric.

First create a timeseries ID for the metric you are interested in, in this case the database metric.

Then, create a custom device to assign the custom metric to.

Finally, extract the metric from foglight that you are interested in through whatever methods are available, and push them into dynatrace with a POST request to the custom device created.
