I'm working on improving DPS budget tracking across different teams.
I'm looking for a dashboard template that can show:
Budget usage breakdown by team (e.g., Management Zone, Project, or Environment)
Cost allocation clearly divided per team
Usage and cost trends over time
Forecast vs budget commitment per team
If anyone has already built something similar, I would love to see some examples or ideas!
