After April 21st, when changing the timeframe of any dashboard, the following message appears:
Failed to add recent timeframe preset
Error ref:....

The best way is to open a support ticket. I did not encounter such an error in any of the environments I work with. If you want to do some pre-check first, inspect the network requests from your browser using developer console and look for http errors.

yes, please open a support ticket and report the bug there, including links to dashboards where this happens and also screenshots showing when/where this happens.
could it be that you are using such timeframes (new feature) from the new "Recent timeframes" section?
And really sorry for the bad experience! This should not happen!
