How to customize the font size on dashboards?

We would like to be able to customize the font size on dashboards, as well as add tooltips when hovering over long titles.

This has been delivered in the product. There are multiple ways: 

 

1- Markdown Tile:

3 - Dashboard wide:

The RFE for tool tips can still be submitted. There are tool tips but im sure it could be expanded as well. Please toss in a RFE for that.
