"Only me" permission for a dashboard can be edited by other users who are having "Monitoring Admin" permission?

Hi Dynatrace Team,

Can you please tell me "Only me" permission for a dashboard can be accessed by other partners who are having full permissions?

Looking for answer ASAP

Only me me means only me. No one else will se those dashboards.
