The "Problem send delay" is said to only apply in the sending of notifications.
But, if I filter a request to the Problems API with an Alerting Problem, where "Problem send delay" is defined, the problem seems to appear in the results only after the minutes defined in the Alerting Profile.
For me it is a good thing 😁 but just hoping if someone can confirm this behavior, or not?

From experience this is intended. The same behavior can be viewed on the problems page. When a problem is first opened if the alerting profile has a delay set on it then the problem will sit there belonging to no profile. Then after the specified timeframe it will be attached and it will be visible.
I think the wording "problem send delay" is slightly misleading as not all alerting profiles have notifications but their intended use is for them.
