Hi Team,
We have observed two open problems in DT UI when problem encounters. After some-time one of the problem has been closed and seen the detail link description mentioning ("This is the duplicate id for P-xxxxxx" and this problem has been hide from DT UI screen as well as DT problem API.
Currently we using DT Problem API to pull Open Problems with given time interval window to integrate API in our centralized UI dashboard DT Metrics Observability.
How to identify and find the duplicate problem ID closed status entry from DT Problem API?
Is there any Dynatrace configuration setting to visualize removed duplicate problem ID entry on UI as well as Problem API?
