Hello,

I have created multiple naming rules in the API but it seems I can not enable them:

This is on global and on the service level, in the JSON "enabled":true is defined.

Am I missing anything?

Hello,

Found it, is is already activated. But you can not switch is off. But please be careful with this. The services where a match is made:

Response time degradation

The current response time (544 ms) exceeds the auto-detected baseline (6.59 ms) by 8,150 %

Response time degradation

The current response time (393 ms) exceeds the auto-detected baseline (11 ms) by 3,470 %

I hope this is only the case when switching in on, but could not wait for this )-;

After removing the rules in the API everything is ok again (-;

Please notice current response xxx ms baseline X.XX and the increase X,XXX, so the first is rounded, the second value has a dot and the percentage has a comma?

KR Henk

Hello,

Talked to Dynatrace, the switches can not be used by design,

Thanks Henk, yeah I was going to say that appears to be already on. It might take a few mins for the rules to apply.

Thanks for the feedback as well and the tips and tricks you discovered while working with the API!
