Did anyone face similar issue?

Error message in events: Node cannot read and write to directory: '/var/opt/dynatrace-managed/agents 

and Dynatrace update 1.275.223.20231127-194344, 1.277.196.20231124-110751 download failed.

Permission on ../../agents directory is 777

I had this situation when ie all network passes were open to Mission Control. I was then getting a message about a problem downloading an update - exactly like what you have.

In addition, verify the selinux settings.
