I had installed an environment ActiveGate in my client server but after 1 or 2 days I couldn't see that environment AG in my Deployment Status, so I tried to uninstall it, while uninstalling that AG I can't see the files in Gateway.

You probably have some mechanisms on the server that roll back changes. ActiveGate will not uninstall itself.
