Proactive support entries in cluster logs

While reviewing the DT cluster logs, I came across an entry like this:

Hello Radek,
From what I could sense is your cluster was having some issue where Dynatrace support have access your tenant using debug mode for tenant hygiene check.

Would suggest @Radoslaw_Szulgo to comment.
