Regarding Dynatrace SaaS SLA, it is stated on https://www.dynatrace.com/company/trust-center/sla/saas/ a(as at least 99.5%).
That's fine but... how/where can we see its actual availability rate (for every month)?

If they have any reasons that we may have breached SLA - they can open a support ticket to get details. We are working on exposing availability metrics, however I can't write any ETA yet.
