The backup of deep monitoring data

It appears that the backup mechanism of Dynatrace Managed only covers ElasticSearch, Cassandra, and Dynatrace Configuration, but not on deep monitoring.

Is that correct? If yes, any fellow community member has been using any workaround in your client site currently?

I would be happy to know what is the option.

Haven't tried by myself, but you can probably backup the directories with transaction data (since they are stored in flat files) and restore it manually afterwards.

I think losing the transactional data is not a big deal compared to user session or metrics. Which is probably the reason not to replicate them to other cluster nodes or include them in backup.
