Can we install extension SDK in both ActiveGates?

Do you know if extension SDK can be installed in Cluster Activegate? Or noly in Environment ActiveGate?

I assume you mean extensions (actually you don't deploy SDK). ActiveGate Extensions run only on Environment ActiveGates (applies for both extensions 1.0 and 2.0). It's not possible to run the extensions on Cluster ActiveGates.
