Create a metric alert from custom query extension plugin

Hello Community,

We are trying to create a metric alert, which is generated using a custom query plugin extension. we have also mapped the STATUS codes with the status column. We want to create an alert that should trigger every time the value is greater than 500.

The dimensions which we would like to include are: STATUS, QUEUE, SITE.

Does anyone have any experience with this issue?
