Is there any plugin that I can use to run query in database for Dynatrace SaaS?

You can also use our Custom device API, but then the metrics will be placed on a custom device which in this case won't be consumed by Davis, the Dynatrace AI.

instead o fusing it. do we have any metric api that i can use to put? for example. i can run a query via shell script and run a curl to inject the data.

Yes. You can push metrics via our REST API after you gather the data in any way you like.
