Office 365 extension on Managed missing metrics

Hi,

I've implemented the extension on both SaaS and Managed, and overall it works but the individual user insights doesn't seem to work on Managed.

Is there a way to get this to work?

Apologies but No. This feature requires Grail, so it's SaaS-only (actually Gen3-only).
