PostgreSQL Extension Problems

Hi Guys...

I am trying to configure the PostgreSQL extension. But I am having some problems.
The configuration data is correct.
I have tested the connection (telnet) from the Host where I have OneAgent installed to the database service/port, and it worked correctly.
Do you have any idea what is going on here?
Could you tell me how I can troubleshoot this connection?

Hi @Mike_L , thanks for your answer.

I have had a support ticket since 12/08/22 but the support only sent me this extract of Log.

ConnectionRefusedError: [Errno 111] Connection refused
pg8000.core.InterfaceError: ('communication error', ConnectionRefusedError(111, 'Connection refused'))

The connection from Worker Node to database is working fine.

How we can do a database connection troubleshotting from oneagent?
