Hi all,
We are having an issue with logging into our RabbitMQ instances. We have monitoring enabled however whenever we try and configure them with our credentials (both on a host level and globally) it times out. For some reason we have a particularly long authentication process. I was wondering if there is anyway to increase the timeout threshold in Dynatrace to allow for us to log in? I've tried in the UI and via the API.

The timeout is not configurable. Could you try with this extension instead as it uses the new framework and is more flexible? You can enable it from within Dynatrace. https://www.dynatrace.com/hub/detail/prometheus-rabbitmq

Hi Mike, thank you for the response. Unfortunately as we're using the managed product we don't have access to the Dynatrace hub to use this extension.

Hi,
Dynatrace Managed has access to the hub. If you for some reason cannot access the hub in the product you can always download it from the "versions" tab on the link I added.
