Can you please check the extension logs on the Activegate? Are there any other extension running properly?

Yes other ext running properly, even other servers certificate monitoring is working well.

Only few of servers having this issue.

Without a support archive it's difficult to know what's going on...

I would suggest you reach out directly to Dynatrace support, they should be able to help you get the required troubleshooting information and involve the devs if necessary.
