Hi,
So my team and I are looking for ways to asign management zones to entities created by extensions so that the right teams get alerted if problems linked to those entities should happen.
Now, I've tried turning the custom device entities into processes but I haven't been able to do so.
I looked at the IBM MQ and Kafka extensions and tired to replicate how they turn their entities into processes and I've done the following:
I've created a custom device type:
and then made two relationships that should create the processes:
This doesn't seem to be enough and I was wondering what I was missing?
