Why is there no extension on my ActiveGate

Hi everyone,

I installed the ActiveGate which type is "Route OneAgent traffic to Dynatrace, monitor cloud environments, or monitor remote technologies with extensions" on my Ubuntu (docker container). After installation, the ActiveGate works fine, but it looks like <extensions> is missing.

  

  This problem seems to have caused me to be unable to use the 'Generic network device' on this ActiveGate.

    

   Our other non-containerized ActiveGates have extension part, and can use the 'Generic network device' on those ActiveGates.

  

Is there something missing in my installation, or does containerized ActiveGate just not support extension? Looking forward to your reply.

Hi @samandqq as you indicate containerized AG doesn't support extensions.
